Search optimization
Search is moving from “here are ten links” to “here is the answer.” SEO puts you in the links. GEO puts you in the answer.
01
Who it’s for
- Your site gets little traffic, or people only find it by searching your company name
- Customers have started asking ChatGPT and Perplexity, and you’re not in the answers
- Your site hasn’t been reworked in years, and its structure and content haven’t kept up with how search works now
- You run ads and want to build organic traffic you don’t pay for at the same time
Engagement cycle 3 months, 6 months or a year

What we do
Technical SEO
Site speed, mobile, indexing status, URL and internal link structure. First we remove whatever stops search engines from reading you.
Content and keywords
We find the questions your customers actually search for, then plan and rewrite content so each page answers one clear question.
Structured data
Schema markup, entity identification and knowledge-graph relationships, so a machine doesn’t have to guess from the layout who you are, what you sell and who wrote it.
Chunking and quotability
Content restructured into pieces a model can lift: consistent structure, clear definitions, each passage able to be cited on its own.
AI crawler access and llms.txt
We review your access policy for AI crawlers and set up llms.txt, deciding which content is open to models and in what form.
Measurement
Before work starts we record a baseline: search rankings and traffic, and how often the major generative engines mention and cite you. Then we track the change.
03
How it works
1. Audit and baseline
Review technical setup, content, structured data and crawler access, and record the numbers before work begins. Without a baseline there’s no way to tell whether later changes helped.
2. Priority fixes
Fix the technical problems with the most impact and the most important pages first.
3. Content and structure
Rewrite or add content, and add structured data and llms.txt.
4. Measure and adjust
Compare against the baseline regularly and decide which content to work on next.
04

05
Engagement cycle
Each cycle runs three months, six months or a year, depending on scope. At the end of each cycle we sit down with you and compare the results against the goals set at the start, then decide what the next cycle should cover, or whether to stop there.
06
Pricing
Each engagement is estimated on its own: how many systems and how much data are involved, the people and time needed, and how long the cycle runs. It comes in two steps. First we measure the baseline — before any quote, and priced separately — recording where things stand now. Then we estimate the rollout from the scope we measured, rather than quoting a price and fitting the scope to it. Write to us about where you are and we’ll explain what measuring the baseline involves.
