### Cloud collaboration basics

Drive and shared drives, sharing and permission settings, so files belong to the organization rather than to individuals.

### Docs, Sheets and Slides

Co-editing, comments and assignments, version history; in Sheets, functions, data cleanup and pivot tables.

### Meetings and Calendar

Google Meet, appointment scheduling, meeting notes and calendar sharing.

### AI in Workspace

Using Gemini to write, summarize and analyze documents, and which data can and can’t be given to AI.

### Admin course

Accounts and groups, shared drive policies, data protection and security settings.

## How it works

### 1\. Needs interview

Learn how your team works, which tools you use now and how familiar staff are with them.

### 2\. Course planning

Separate tracks for general users and admins, with exercises built on your own documents and processes.

### 3\. Teaching

In person or online, mostly hands-on practice.

### 4\. Feedback

A survey and a list of common questions, to decide whether an advanced or follow-up course is needed.

## Engagement cycle

Each cycle runs three months, six months or a year, depending on scope. At the end of each cycle we sit down with you and compare the results against the goals set at the start, then decide what the next cycle should cover, or whether to stop there.

## Pricing

Each engagement is estimated on its own: how many systems and how much data are involved, the people and time needed, and how long the cycle runs. Talk to us first and we’ll give you a number based on the actual scope, rather than quoting a price and then fitting the scope to it.

### Can the course be tailored to our work?

Yes. We interview you first and build the exercises on your actual documents and processes, not generic examples.

### Can government agencies take this course?

Yes. We adjust what AI may be used for, and the exercises, to fit the agency’s data protection rules.

### Can we take just the Gemini course?

Yes. Modules can be taken on their own or combined into full rollout training.
