# Be the Answer

Search is moving from ten blue links to one answer. This is the work of being in that answer.

## What We Do

GEO is not SEO under a new name. It asks a different question: when a language model goes to answer someone, can your content be retrieved, understood, and quoted without the model having to guess?

### Structured data

Schema markup, entity identification, knowledge-graph relationships. So a machine does not have to infer who you are, what you sell and who wrote it from the layout.

### Chunking and quotability

Content restructured into pieces a model can lift: consistent shape, explicit definitions, each passage able to stand on its own when quoted out of context.

### Crawler access and llms.txt

An audit of what AI crawlers can reach, and an llms.txt that states which content is open to models and on what terms.

### Measuring citations

A baseline and then tracking against it: how often the major engines mention and cite you, and whether that is moving.

## How the Work Runs

1

### Audit

Structured data, content structure, crawler access and entity declarations — plus a quotability baseline recorded before anything is touched. Without a baseline there is no way to tell afterwards whether the work did anything.

2

### Implementation

Entity declarations and structured data corrected, content re-chunked, llms.txt written. Shipped as one change, so the effect can be attributed to it.

3

### Measurement

After six to eight weeks, measured against the baseline — the actual change, not a claim about it. With automated checks so what was fixed does not quietly rot at the next redesign.

## What You Get

* 01Audit report, with a concrete list of problems in priority order
* 02Structured data and entity declarations, implemented — we do the work, not just advise on it
* 03llms.txt and an AI crawler access policy
* 04Automated checks wired into your CI so they keep running
* 05The baseline, and the comparison report six to eight weeks on

## What It Costs

NT$ 80,000 – 600,000

The range depends on site size, content volume and the state of what is already there. A one-off audit sits at the bottom; a full engagement with implementation and measurement sits above the middle. Ongoing maintenance is quoted separately.

Talk to us first and you get a number derived from actual scope, rather than a number with the scope bent to fit it.

## Ready to Start

Send us your URL. We will do a free first pass and tell you the three things most worth fixing.
